Clause One – Introduction

Welcome to GURU TRADE, the leading platform offering advanced educational services aimed at enhancing knowledge of trading fundamentals and providing general financial insights strictly for informational purposes.

Please read these terms and conditions carefully, as they constitute a legally binding agreement between the user ("you") and GURU TRADE. By using our platform or subscribing to our services, you agree to comply with these terms and any referenced or updated policies.

The application does not allow users to execute trades, open trading accounts, or deposit funds. All services offered are strictly educational and informational. Clause Two – Acceptance of Terms

Your use of the GURU TRADE platform signifies full and unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are advised not to use the platform. Continued use of the platform constitutes explicit acknowledgment of your acceptance.

Clause Three – Definitions

  • The Platform: Refers to the GURU TRADE website and all related mobile applications offering educational content and general market analysis. The platform does not function as a live trading system.

  • The User: Any individual who registers or accesses the platform's services.

  • The Services: Educational materials, general financial insights, and any additional tools provided to enhance financial literacy.

Clause Four – General Terms of Use

  • Compliance with Laws: Users must comply with all applicable laws of the UAE, including Federal Decree-Law No. 46 of 2021 concerning electronic transactions.

  • Authorized Use: Users may not use the platform for unlawful activities. The platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this clause.

  • Age Requirement: Users must be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity. Responsibility lies with the user for any violations.

  • Service Modifications: The platform may alter or suspend services at any time without notice.

  • Screenshot Restrictions: Users are prohibited from saving or sharing screenshots or protected content without explicit permission.

Clause Five – Accounts and Registration

  • Accurate Registration: Users must provide correct and complete information and update it as needed.

  • Single Device Use: Accounts may not be used on more than one device simultaneously.

  • Account Security: Users are responsible for protecting their login credentials. All activity under an account is the user's responsibility.

  • Disciplinary Action: The platform may suspend or delete accounts that violate terms or misuse services.

Clause Eight – Payments and Billing

  • Payment Methods: All payments are processed via Google Play and Apple systems. No other methods are accepted.

  • Payment Policy: Fees are paid in advance and are non-refundable. Users must provide accurate payment information.

  • Subscriptions: Monthly, semi-annual, and annual plans are available. Renewals occur automatically unless canceled by the user.

  • Invoices: Electronic receipts are sent via email detailing service and transaction info.

  • Additional Fees: No late fees are charged, but access is suspended until payment is complete.

  • Failed Payments: The platform may suspend service for failed payments and pursue recovery if necessary.

  • Financial Security: No payment card or banking data is stored by the platform. All transactions are secured through certified gateways.

  • Price Adjustments: The platform may revise prices at any time. New rates apply only to future subscriptions.

  • User Responsibility: Users are fully accountable for timely payment. The platform is not liable for third-party payment errors.
